Welcome to Birdie Store. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Birdie Trading FZ-LLC, operating under the brand name Birdie Store.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT SAFETY & MAGNET WARNING
Our products are intended for normal household use by infants under adult supervision at all times.
Some Birdie products contain enclosed magnets designed for ease of use. While magnets are securely enclosed, damaged products must be discontinued immediately.
Important safety warnings:
- Products containing magnets should be kept away from individuals with pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), or other medical devices that may be affected by magnetic fields.
- Do not use damaged, altered, or improperly maintained products.
- Do not allow children to play with products outside their intended use.
- Ingestion of magnets can be dangerous and requires immediate medical attention.
Birdie Store is not responsible for injury, harm, or damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, lack of supervision, or use contrary to provided warnings.
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Birdie Store reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. Once accepted, orders may not be canceled or modified except as permitted under our Refund Policy.
Purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at checkout are final at the time of purchase.
