Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or where tags have been removed.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@birdie.ae. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.


Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless otherwise required by law.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
